Service

Donor Yard gives a seller of used auto parts tools to prepare and run eBay listings. The user is responsible for checking part data, compatibility and the listing itself before it is published.

Account

The user must give accurate details, keep sign-in data safe and report any suspicion of unauthorised access.

Subscription and free trial

The free trial runs 21 days on the Yard package. After it, the subscription costs from 39 USD per month, depending on the package and the add-ons chosen; paid yearly it costs 10 months instead of twelve. Payment terms are shown before the payment is confirmed. Without a chosen package the account becomes read-only and its data stays available for export.

Acceptable use

Breaking the law, the rights of others or the security of the service, and any attempt to reach another user's data, are forbidden. The user follows the rules of the eBay marketplace.

eBay and Paddle

eBay provides the marketplace and the integration APIs, and Paddle processes payments. Their own terms may apply to the matching operations.

Ending use

The user may stop using the service and cancel future renewals. Access may be limited if these terms are broken or if there is a threat to security.

Limitation of warranties

The service is provided as available; uninterrupted work of external systems and the outcome of a sale are not guaranteed. Mandatory consumer rights remain in force.
