What data is processed

Account data includes the email address and settings. eBay integration data includes account identifiers, access tokens and listing details. Payment data about the subscription status comes from Paddle; the service never receives full card details. Technical data may include the IP address, timestamps and errors.

Why the data is needed

Data is used for sign-in, for the features of the service, for syncing with eBay, for subscription access control, for security, for support and to comply with the law.

Who receives the data

Only the necessary data reaches infrastructure providers, eBay for the operations the user requested and Paddle for payment. Data is not sold as a product of its own.

Storage

Data is kept for as long as the account, the service, dispute resolution and legal duties require, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

User rights

The user may ask for access, correction, transfer or deletion of data, and may object to processing where the law provides for it.

Security

Access separation, encryption of sensitive tokens and infrastructure protection are applied. Absolute security of transfer and storage cannot be guaranteed.
