Free trial

The first 21 days are free. Cancelling before the first charge creates no payment to refund.

Request window

The working rule is that a request can be sent within 14 calendar days of the first payment. The request must name the account and the reason, and must never include a password or payment card details.

How to ask

A confirmed channel for requests will be published before real payments are accepted. Each request is considered together with the payment status and the use made of the service.

Mandatory rights

This policy does not limit rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Where the law requires a different window or outcome, the law applies.
