Two packages. Then you build the rest.

Nobody's yard looks like the next one. One person can run two eBay stores; a crew of four can run one. So we sell two packages and let you bolt on exactly what you are short of — and nothing you are not.

Yearly = 10 months. Two on us.

The two packages

Solo

One pair of hands

You pull the parts, you shoot the photos, you write the listings. There is no team to give a seat to.

39 USD per month

or 390 USD a year

Build a Solo plan
  • One user
  • One eBay account, with more available below
  • No monthly cap on parts listed
  • Listing import once a day
  • The whole product: donor, parts checklist, numbers, fitment, reports

We do not count your parts, your donors or your number lookups. Fair use, and we will talk to you before that ever changes.

Yard

A crew and more than one store

Someone tears down, someone shoots, someone lists, and the parts go out through more than one eBay account.

99 USD per month

or 990 USD a year

Build a Yard plan
  • Up to ten users, each with their own sign-in
  • Three eBay accounts included
  • No monthly cap on parts listed
  • Listing import every hour, on a schedule
  • Priority in the import and lookup queue
  • Saved reports and CSV exports on a schedule
  • Bulk edits across listings, shown as a dry run first
  • A call with us when you move your work across

Everything in Solo, plus the parts that only start to matter once more than one person is touching the same listings.

Build the plan you actually need

Add-ons work on either package. Change anything here and the number on the right changes with it — that is the bill, not an estimate.

The most common build we see: one person, two eBay stores. That is Solo plus one extra account — a month. It is what we run ourselves.

Start from

Package

Solo is one person. Yard is a crew of up to ten and three stores.

Add what you are short of

Extra eBay account

A second store, a second country, or the account your partner sells under. Each one keeps its own token and its own listings.

9 USD per account, per month

0

Extra user

Their own sign-in, and their own name against every listing and every fitment change. Not a shared password.

12 USD per user, per month

0

Hourly import

Your eBay listings come back in every hour instead of once a day, so a price you changed on your phone is not stale here.

6 USD per month · already in Yard

More photo storage

Another 50 GB. Both packages come with 25 GB, which is roughly eight hundred parts shot on a phone.

5 USD per 50 GB, per month

0

Migration off a closing service

Two hours with us on your myFitment or inkFrog data before it goes dark. Paid once, not every month.

21days free

You start on Yard, whichever package you end up on

Three weeks is one full donor cycle: get the car apart, list the parts, and see what those listings actually do. A fortnight ends you in the middle of the first car, which tells you nothing about the tool.

We email you 3 days before it ends, and again on the last day. Pick your package whenever — before the end or after it.

If you do nothing, nothing bad happens. The account goes read-only: sign in, read everything, export all of it to CSV. Your live eBay listings are not touched, your fitment is not rolled back, nothing is deleted. Two tools did that to sellers this year. We are not going to be the third.

What this costs next to what you pay now

We have no customer quotes to show you, because we have no customers yet, and we are not going to invent any. Here is the one thing we can put in front of you that you can check yourself: every price below, opened on the vendor's own site on 8 September 2026.

Public prices in USD per month, checked 8 September 2026
Tool Entry Middle Top Extra eBay account
Donor Yard 39 USD — 99 USD 9 USD
Salvage Logix $39 $119 $249 not sold separately
PartOutPRO $20 $49 $99 included
SellerChamp quote only, no public price by channel
3Dsellers $19 $39.90 $79 step up a plan
Nembol $39 $49 $129 step up a plan
myFitment closing 30 September 2026, with no export tool
inkFrog closed 1 June 2026

We are not going to pretend those tools do nothing — several of them do more than we do today. What we will do is be straight about the bill.

The questions people actually ask

Why two packages and not five?
Because the difference between yards is not how much product you get, it is how many hands and how many stores. Those are two questions, and we would rather you answered them than guessed which tier you belong to.
Can I change it later?
Yes, any of it. Adding takes effect the same day and you pay the difference for the days left. Removing takes effect at your next billing date, so you are never billed twice for the same month.
Is anything metered?
No. Not parts, not donors, not number lookups, not messages. If your usage ever becomes a problem for us we will call you before we do anything about it.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No fee on your turnover and no fee per listing. The number in the box above is the number on your card.
What is not built yet?
Shelf locations, orders and shipping, repricing, camera part recognition, and listing text written for you. None of it exists. We are not charging you for it and we are not promising a date.
What happens to my data if you go under?
A fair question in a year when two of these tools shut down. Everything you put in exports to CSV from inside the product, on either package, any day, without asking us first.
