For eBay Motors sellers of used auto parts

One donor car. Every part listed.

Donor Yard carries a donor vehicle from its VIN to live eBay listings: the parts checklist, the OEM numbers, the vehicle compatibility and the bulk publish, in one tool instead of four. Nothing reaches eBay until you have seen the exact plan and confirmed it.

Where the product stands

Built to a date
The seller screens below are committed for 30 September 2026 — the day eBay retires myFitment as a standalone service.
Today
You can create an account and connect your eBay seller account. We would rather say that plainly than show you a demo that is not there.
No invented proof
No customer counts, no testimonials, no savings percentages. We have not earned them yet, so this page does not claim them.

From one donor car to live listings

Five stages, each one committed for 30 September 2026. This is the whole job of a part-out seller, and the reason the stages belong in one product is that every one of them needs the data from the stage before it.

  1. Donor

Decode a VIN through the free NHTSA vPIC database, or enter year, make and model by hand. The vehicle is stored in your own organisation's schema.

  2. Parts

An editable checklist of the typical parts for that vehicle, with condition and notes, so nothing on the car is forgotten and nothing is listed twice.

  3. Numbers

OEM-number candidates gathered from eBay through the official Browse API. Each one shows where it came from and how far it can be trusted.

  4. Compatibility

A full-vehicle compatibility plan, shown to you as a dry run first. It is sent to eBay only after you confirm that exact plan, never before.

  5. Publish

Titles and item specifics from your own templates, photos taken on a phone, then bulk listing creation through the eBay Trading API.

How you start

Three steps, in this order.

1. Connect eBay

Available now

Sign in and authorise your eBay seller account. The token is stored encrypted and can be reconnected at any time.

2. Bring in your work

By 30 September 2026

Import your active listings, or start a donor vehicle from its VIN. You get a report of every listing missing Brand, MPN or an OE/OEM number.

3. Confirm, then publish

By 30 September 2026

Read the dry run, change what you want changed, confirm. Only then does anything move on eBay.

Two packages, then you build the rest

from 39 USD

per month

  • One package for a single pair of hands, one for a crew.
  • Extra eBay accounts and extra users are add-ons, not a bigger tier.
  • The whole product either way: donor, numbers, compatibility, listings.
  • Nothing metered — not parts, not donors, not number lookups.

Who this is for

Sellers leaving myFitment

eBay retires the standalone myFitment service on 30 September 2026 and ships no export or migration tool with it. If that is your fitment workflow, there is a page written for exactly your case.

What replaces myFitment and PartOutPro

Not for you yet

If your day depends on any of these, this is not a full replacement today:

  • Warehouse and shelf locations.
  • Orders and shipping.
  • Repricing.
  • Camera part recognition.
  • AI-generated listing text.

Not built, and no date promised.

Questions sellers actually ask

Is myFitment really closing?
The standalone service closes on 30 September 2026; eBay folds it into on-platform Fitment Plus Auto. No export or migration tool ships with the shutdown, so plan to get your data out yourself before the date.
Is PartOutPro closing as well?
No. PartOutPro has announced no shutdown. If you use it, this tool is worth a look only because it puts fitment and part-out in one place — not because you are losing anything.
Can I use all of it today?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Accounts and the eBay connection work now; the donor, numbers, compatibility and bulk-publish screens are committed for 30 September 2026.
Will it change my live listings on its own?
No. Compatibility replacement and bulk changes are shown as a dry run and reach eBay only after you confirm that exact plan.
Where do the OEM numbers come from?
From other eBay listings through the official Browse API, with the source and a confidence level on every candidate. A number is filled in for you only when the confidence allows it, and an empty result is recorded honestly as an empty result.
What does it cost?
Packages start at 39 USD per month. The pricing page lists both of them, and the refund policy sets out the refund window.
